The Colorado HOA Forum is a homeowner's advocacy organization dedicated to improving HOA living through legislative reform
The Forum is volunteer staffed. It receives no funding from outside sources, doesn't sell any products, doesn't accept advertising dollars.
Membership is free. Issues its newsletter, updates on HOA current events and legislative issues to member and solicits their opinions from members in developing study papers and legislative Bill proposals. The Forum has members in over 700 HOAs in Colorado and members in 12 States.
The Forum is a pro-HOA organization but understands the critical need for reform related to HOA governance and homeowner rights
The Forum is the longest running, most recognized and largest HOA homeowner's advocacy in the State.
The Forum doesn't charge for any of its services and work including responding to homeowners questions, offering their extensive library of HOA information, providing brochures on many HOA topics, leading lobbying efforts, conducting Town Hall and other meetings and participating in the writing of legislative Bills.
Conducts Zoom calls and virtual meetings on a variety of HOA topics.
